1300.15 Closing Cone
The Cimbria Moduflex bellow feeders type: S300, F300, HD300 and HDF300 can be equipped with a closing cone which is opened and closed as an integrated part of the lifting and lowering function.
The closing cone has two main functions:
1. The bellow feeder is always sealed off when disconnected from the material recipient. This prevents unwanted objects entering the bellow feeder, such as birds or insects. This function also reduces the absorption of moisture from the air by hydroscopic |

The Cimbria Moduflex bellow feeders type: S300, S400, S500, F300, HD300, HDF300 and HD400 can be equipped with a vibrator.
The vibrator is mounted on a special console, which is normally placed on the outlet of the bellow feeder. The vibration power of the vibrator can be adjusted.
The vibrator is activated upon finished loading (max 5 sec.) thereby considerably reducing the amount of remaining material in the bellow feeder. The vibrator is used for e.g. sticky or hydroscopic products. |

1300.17 Disperser
The Cimbria Moduflex bellow feeders type: S300, S400 and F300 can be equipped with a disperser which ensures a better and more efficient filling of the material recipient.
The disperser can only be applied in connection with outlet type T for tanker truck with round tanker inlet, container or similar.
The disperser consists of a rotor with distributor wings. The distributor wings are placed beneath the T-outlet and is powered by an angle gear connected to a 3 kW motor. |

1300.19 Indicator in Outlet
The Cimbria Moduflex bellow feeders can be equipped with an indicator placed in the outlet.
The choice of indicator depends on the material to be loaded and the function of the bellow feeder.
The indicator has two different functions depending on the type of outlet:
Outlet type T for tanker truck with round tanker inlet
When the tank is full, the indicator signals material “build- up” in the outlet. The signal stops the material flow and in this way overfilling of the tanker truck as well as of the bellow feeder is avoided. |

1300.25 Pos. Unit MP300H
Motorized positioning system for dustfree loading bellow feeder installations. Neatly engineered and compact in size.
The unit enables the outlet to be precisely positioned in any horizontal direction up to a maximum of 1000 mm out from the center point of the bellow. Vertical positioning is by a conventional lifting/lowering wires arrangement.
A support frame structure is fitted to the standard outlet attachment flange on the base section of the bellow.
The outlet is fed by a hopper which runs in a sliding track way on the underside of the frame. The funnel can be traversed a maximum distance of two meter along the structures length.
